Kryon Systems, a US‑based robotic process automation specialist, flagged it was working with Deutsche Telekom (DT) on an upgrade to customer service staff’s “workspace environment”. DT is said to have embarked on a “Germany-wide” deployment of the vendor’s Kryon Robotics Platform, to enable a remote desktop automation-focused update to customer-facing executives’ Personal Interactive Assistant. The project, flagged on LinkedIn by Kryon Chief Executive Harel Tayeb, appears to be being managed by internal support arm Deutsche Telekom Services Europe. It comes following a “successful and well-resonated” pilot in 2019, said Tayeb.
