The automation-infused solution is described as offering a single interface for billing, monitoring, rating, and routing voice services.

It is said to generate optimum routing plans to reflect costs, quality, and commercial agreements, while recognising and importing rate sheets in any format within seconds. Linxa claims it is significantly faster and more efficient than traditional legacy solutions.
