The 132‑strong choir is being run in association with Inspire Me, a people development specialist that offers corporate employee engagement and wellbeing programmes.

The choir programme was said to have resulted in a 20% boost to EE’s NPS, with participants reporting an average increase of 40% in customer satisfaction, and a 7% decrease in attrition in the Consumer department alongside a 4.2% fall in absence rates among choir members in the Campaigns team.
