BT launched its latest marketing campaign for BTHalo, the premium converged service family it debuted in 2019. A 90‑second TV advert, as well as cinema, online video, and out‑of‑home ads, seek to showcase the importance of human connection, aided by Halo’s multi‑play plans. The campaign was devised by agency Saatchi & Saatchi. Details from BT of Halo uptake have been sketchy, although in its latest results presentation, senior management indicated that it was picking up where predecessor BTPlus had left off, and Consumer was said to be maintaining “good momentum” on upgrades.
