Paul Greig, Director of Campaigns & Ecommerce at EE, shifted to BT as Director of Contact Centre Sales for BT & EE. He joined EE in 2015 after a 14‑year tenure at Vodafone UK.

Rachel Hancock, Head of Operations, Consumer Sales & Retention at BT, was appointed EE’s Head of Stores. It is not immediately clear whether she replaces, or joins, EE’s current Head of Stores Graham Price.

Sarah Lawton, Director of HR for Plusnet, moved to a new role as Director of People Change, BT Consumer.

Appointment

Chandru Lakshminarayanan was appointed Director of Proposition Development, covering BT’s TV and Sport interests. Lakshminarayanan joins from Sky, where he was Head of Propositions for Sky Sports and Sky Cinema.

Dan Ramsay was named Director of the GREAT Britain campaign, part of the UK government’s Department for International Trade. He leaves his role as Director of Multi‑Brand Marketing for BT, BT Sport, and EE.

Sam Calvert, Director of Contact Centre & Digital Sales, was appointed Director of Marketing for Plusnet. Calvert was previously BT’s Contact Centre & Digital Sales Director.
