André Dias, Director of Service Planning and Diagnosis at Telefónica Brazil (Vivo), changed remit to become Director of IT Governance and Planning at the Brazilian operating business.



Claudio Ikeda, Vivo’s Executive Director of Innovation and Digital Transformation of AURA, the Group’s cognitive intelligence platform, left to join Brazilian television network Rede Globo as Director of Digital Transformation for Media Labs, Measurement Sciences and Data Management.

New role

Luiz Gustavo Paguetti Roque, Senior Manager of Planning and Information at Vivo, had a role change and became Senior Manager of Digital Analytics.

Vivo’s Digital Transformation Director Cristiano Yazbek Pereira left the Brazilian OpCo to become Chief Operating Officer at Brazilian digital marketing specialist Wooza. Pereira had fulfilled the role since 2015.


Pereira’s replacement appears to be João Paulo de Oliveira Prado, who has joined Vivo as Digital Transformation Manager from European management consultancy Business Integration Partners, where he was a Senior Manager.
