TalkTalk Business to merge with ARO, bolster managed IT services strategy

Provider agrees to merger with ARO to create scaled-up managed IT services entity with £200m in annual sales. Deal could see TalkTalk Business advance its strategy to transition from enterprise connectivity player to cloud and IT solutions partner, following separation from TalkTalk Group.
